Val
Practice Manager
Val has been working in the orthodontic field since 2013. She began her career in the clinical setting but soon discovered her true passion in administration and treatment planning, where she continues to thrive.
Her clinical background is a great asset in her management role, allowing her to confidently answer clinical questions, support treatment coordination, and step in to assist in the back when needed. As a manager, Val is known for her organized approach, strong communication, and ability to keep both patients and team members supported and on track, helping ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she loves playing soccer and other competitive sports, and you can often find her watching whatever game is on TV.
Becky
Lead Orthodontic Assistant
Becky has been dedicated to the dental field since 2012, bringing years of experience, compassion, and professionalism to our practice. As Dr. Maria’s trusted right hand, they work together seamlessly to provide exceptional care and a positive experience for every patient.
Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Becky goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for.
Originally from New Jersey, Becky moved to Fairfield after graduating college. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves being outdoors, whether exploring a trail, relaxing at the beach, or enjoying backyard games.
Marah
Orthodontic Assistant & Social Media Coordinator
Marah is known for her strong work ethic and commitment to continually expanding her knowledge and skills. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail help ensure that every patient has a positive and comfortable experience when beginning orthodontic treatment.
Having worked with young children for many years, Marah has a natural ability to put patients at ease and create a welcoming environment. Her patience, kindness, and gentle approach make her especially skilled at helping even the most nervous patients feel comfortable in the chair.
Outside the office, Marah enjoys spending time with husband and her two boys, taking them to local parks, and helping her big family whenever she can. She is also a talented makeup and hair artist, a skill that has strengthened her creativity, precision, and artistic eye qualities that translate beautifully into her work in orthodontics.
Sylvana
Patient Care Coordinator
Since joining the dental field in 2013, Sylvana has gained experience in both clinical and administrative roles. After working as a dental assistant, she found her perfect fit at the front desk, where her bubbly personality and natural ability to make patients feel comfortable truly shine.
Known for her efficiency, organization, and friendly demeanor, she helps ensure every patient has a positive experience from start to finish.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her large family and her three beloved dogs: Bella, Luna, and Brownie. A true dog lover, she never misses an opportunity to spoil her furry babies.
Michelle
Patient Care Coordinator
Michelle has been a wonderful addition to our office family. Her warm personality, genuine compassion, and natural ability to connect with people help patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. She has a calming presence and an incredible ability to put others at ease.
Drawing from her own orthodontic experience alongside her daughter, Michelle brings a unique patient perspective and is always dedicated to helping our families. She goes the extra mile to accommodate scheduling needs and ensure every patient feels supported throughout their orthodontic journey.
Outside the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her kids at their sporting events, and prioritizing self-care and wellness. She loves sharing her passion for self-care and helping others feel their best, both inside and out.
